MY DREAM
To set a good example for my children, inspiring them to surpass themselves, pursue their passions and achieve their goals.
WHY
DO I LIKE LAW?
As an avid learner, a business-oriented and a socially conscious individual, I thrive in fast-paced environments that involve high-stake decision-making. That is why I chose to pursue a career in law.
WHY LRMM?
I could relate to the firm’s values.
I felt I could relate to the values the firm portrayed, which I was able to confirm during my first LRMM interview, as I instantly connected with the recruiters. Throughout the recruitment process, I always felt comfortable being myself and I found my conversations with the LRMM people exceptionally pleasant and genuine.
MY WORD
OF ENCOURAGEMENT
FOR YOU
The stakes may be high, but I encourage you to see the Course aux stages as an end in itself. This will allow you to get the most out of this experience, regardless of whether you get an offer in the end. You will gain valuable insight on private practice and individual firms. You will also get to meet extraordinary people and make new friends.
MY EXPERIENCE DURING THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS
I LEARNED TO TRUST MYSELF.
I took great pleasure in doing the Course aux stages. The experience gave me the opportunity to reflect on my priorities, to recognize my value, and to learn to trust myself. By keeping an open mind and observing carefully, I was also able to note important differences between firms’ approaches and dynamics.
UNFORGETTABLE
MOMENT
I FORGOT I WAS BEING INTERVIEWED.
I knew I would feel at home at LRMM during my first interview with them. I felt instantly at ease with the lawyers, and I enjoyed the whole conversation to the point that, at times, I would forget I was in fact being interviewed.
