Although my interviews were online, I noticed the team’s friendliness, their commitment to excellence and the great responsibility given to students and articling students. You could tell that at LRMM, they really cared about the success of their students and articling students. So I immediately felt a good fit between my personal values and what I was looking for to get my career off to a good start and what LRMM had to offer me.

In my opinion, it is really important to see the Course aux stages as a way of engaging in personal development and making new acquaintances. To find the right “fit,” it is very important to stay true to yourself throughout the whole process.

I felt that the lawyers interviewing me had really taken the time to get to know my file before the interviews. Our discussions were constructive and based on my interests. What’s more, the atmosphere during the interviews was very friendly, so I felt at ease from my first meeting with the team.
